Delivery is free for all orders over €49. Otherwise delivery costs €4.99.

Once your product has been shipped, it usually takes time

• 4 to 8 working days in Germany
• 5 to 10 in Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, France, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, United Kingdom
• 5 to 15 for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, United States and United Arab Emirates.

You can return your product up to 60 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that you return the goods in their original condition, without damage and, if possible, in the original packaging.
