SHIPPING & RETURNS
We do our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. on Friday may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning.

Delivery is free for all orders over €49. Otherwise delivery costs €4.99.
We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, France, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, United States and United Arab Emirates.

We send a shipping confirmation with every order. By clicking on the tracking number, the shipment tracking page will open automatically.
We offer all customers a 60-day return policy . This means we go beyond the statutory return period because we are convinced of our product and our quality. If you would like to return your item, please send an email to hello@wallton.de or use our contact form . We will then take care of the return.
Please check your spam/junk folder for order confirmation emails and status notifications. Please also check whether you placed your order using a different email address. If you didn't find it, please contact us via the Contact page so we can send it to you again.
We have multiple shipping facilities and your order may have been split due to inventory limitations. Please check whether you received more than one tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. If you don't find one in your email, please contact us via the Contact page so we can resend it for you.
Sometimes carriers will return a package to sender if the address is incorrect or incomplete, or if there is another reason why the shipment could not be delivered. In this case, please contact us via the Contact page so that we can return the package for you.
If you buy several products together from us and receive a discount, this discount is tied to all products in the deal. If you decide to return one of the products, we will unfortunately have to adjust the discount. This means that we will deduct the discount from the amount we will refund you for the returned product. This means the price of the product you keep remains fair, as if you had bought it without the multi-purchase discount.

The RFID Blocker prevents the reading of cards within a radius of up to five centimeters that are transmitted with the RFID standard frequency of 13.56 MHz. As long as you keep it in your wallet with your chip cards, they are protected from unauthorized attacks and your data is safe.
